What You Will Do This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected hospital, supported with the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Join an established team of 45 + physicians
- Call structure: 10-15 Shifts/Month
- Practice setting: Inpatient
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Driven Nocturnist managing a caseload of 8+ admissions per night
- Provide comprehensive overnight clinical oversight for a 100-patient census
- APP and RN cross-cover support on evening shifts
- Productivity incentives: Mixed Model: 45% Salary/45% RVU/10% Quality
- CME allowance + dedicated CME days
- Malpractice coverage with tail

What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
